fairly
similar, largely because ocean
surface
temperature tends to track air
temperature.
The
interior of the subtropical gyre
tends
to get too warm with K-T
mixing.
The simulated Labrador Sea
tends
to be too warm in all HYCOM
simulations
as it was in winter.
