the STMW grid point, the
annual
cycles of STMW formation
do
not show a large climate drift.
Mode
water in the MICOM mode
simulation
remains substantially
too
cold. The two hybrid coordinate
simulations
display a stronger
main
thermocline than the MICOM
mode
simulation.
