To generate a depth file using the master_2.5_04 (North Atlantic) file:

1. Run extract.f to generate ETOPO5 type format for getdepth_navy.f

2. Run getdepth_navy.f for your particular domain (See COADS subdirectory for
   an explanation of the different parameters)

3. Run basincrop.f to remove unwanted land or water
