datasets.tar.gz is the input data of the model (ocn and atm)

HYCOM3-examples.tar.gz contains the running directory with MOM_input and
launching scripts. THe main script is 100.csh and is very similar to the usual
XXX.csh HYCOM script.

MOM6-examples.tar.gz contains the source code of MOM6 and all needed to
compile the code. This one is set-up for Gaffney (SGI machine).
TO compile, edit and use the following script: 
1-create_makefile_fms.txt => change src/mkmf/templates/ncrc-intel-hpe.mk for
the one of your machine

2-create_fmslib.txt => edit the Netcdf path(s)

3-create_mom6-sis2-symmetric_makefile.txt

4-compile_mom6-sis2-symmetric.txt => edit the Netcdf path(s)
