Spun-up the NM02 TS vortex with vertical stress gradient at upper and lower boundaries equal to zero, new balanced Jordan environment sounding and smaller (1.e-04) nudging coefficient.  Previously had used 1.e-03.  Figure here shows radial flow at end of nudging period and then once nudging is released for a period of ~2 h.
