   The ASCII version of the documents are best viewed in monospaced
   font, with the width of at least 103 characters (for example,
   9 point Courier font will fit on 8.5-inch width paper).

   Cfilename.txt  - outlines the DPC's filenaming conventions
                    The filename contains the plat form ID,
                    the begining date and number of sequential
                    days of available data
   Cpubflag.txt   - gives a brief description of each of the DPC's 
                    quality control flags
   Cpublicasc.txt - the ASCII data code book - manual defines the DPC's 
                    NetCDF Format, unit conventions, and the specific
                    meaning of the alphanumeric codes utilized in the
                    files.
