On Thursday April 25, 2002, WOCEMET discovered some unrealistic data that had
not been flagged properly.  The files KCEJ.921022001v300.nc and .asc were updated
with the proper flags which can be found in the new version 301's.  The flags on
DIR and SPD for the times (variable-time) 6737629, 6737630, 6737631, 6737632, 
6737633, 6737634, and 6737635 were updated from a Z flag to K and B flags
respectively.
